The King 1501 USA 7/8 Trumpet, manufactured in 1994, is a classic brass instrument that exudes a timeless charm and robustness. This trumpet, crafted by the esteemed King Musical Instruments Company, is renowned for its superior quality and rich, resonant sound.

The King 1501 is constructed from yellow brass, a material known for its durability and ability to produce a warm, full-bodied tone. The bell, a key component of the trumpet's sound, is made of a special lead-free alloy, contributing to a bright and clear tone. The instrument features a Monel valve, a corrosion-resistant alloy that ensures smooth and reliable operation even in humid environments.

The 1501 trumpet boasts a unique and elegant design. Its one-piece hand-hammered bell, with its subtle flare, provides excellent projection and resonance. The trumpet's leadpipe, made of a high-quality nickel silver, ensures a smooth and even airflow, resulting in a consistent, stable tone. The 7/8-inch bore size is optimal for intermediate to advanced players, offering a balance between ease of play and power.

The trumpet's slide is made of nickel silver and features a white synthetic slide rope and adjustable finger rings for a comfortable grip. The 1501 also features 23-inch long bell and a medium-large bell flare, contributing to its powerful, resonant sound.

This King 1501 USA 7/8 Trumpet, made in 1994, is not just a musical instrument; it's a testament to the craftsmanship and dedication to quality that King Musical Instruments has consistently demonstrated over the years. It's an investment in sound, an investment in music, and an investment in the joy of making beautiful music.

Cons of buying a King 1501 USA 7/8 Trumpet (1994):

Conclusion:

The King 1501 USA 7/8 Trumpet (1994) is a high-quality, well-crafted instrument with a rich tone and a relatively affordable price. Recommendation:

If you are an intermediate or advanced player looking for a classic trumpet with a rich tone and a solid build, the King 1501 USA 7/8 Trumpet (1994) could be a great choice. Details:

I'm not a trumpet player but can get nice sound out of it and, as is, would be good enough for me. I've come across a few of these in the past and they are well-liked. And am selling a such. All are King products and match i'm not a store/Maynard Ferguson.

You'll have fun with this nice sounding pre-owned King 1501 USA silver trumpet that needs 3 slides pulled, 2 braces soldered see pic and a ding here there taken out. I'm proud to offer it and you'll be own. Buy accordingly. Again, it sounds cool.

On the bell it reads King 1501 USA it has; good valves, nice action, thumb saddle, shiny finish, no big dents, mouthpiece and a case. Heres a good deal. The top cap on the #2 slide is brass color as are two of buttons. Looking for instruments and getting them into the hands of players is a hobby mine.
