There are various small dings and scratches throughout with light pitting wear at the grips. This horn is a great example of beautiful craftsmanship. The stockings look like new with extremely light wear. Our horns may be buffed, but all are hand polished to a good shine and in playable condition.
The slide bore is .480/.480 and the bell flare 7. It comes with a used mouthpiece may not be the one pictured and an original Martin case in fair condition. The slide action is very good with almost new compression. The horn has matching serial #165x and is in great condition.
The horn is made of yellow brass, with solid nickel silver and plate. This is a top personal favorite to play. All major dents are removed, joints re-soldered if needed, patches repaired necessary and the slides reworked. Also a nice jazz player.
It can be played sweetly with high range and become very bright good power.
