This horn is ready to gig and in great playing condition with all valves slides moving freely. The body and one piece bell are matching numbers. I am not gigging as much, so this horn should find a new home. This instrument is an older restoration done in brushed brass finish, but already shows some patina and wear on the lacquer spots.

Overall still very presentable. The case along with lead pipe, bits and new mouthpiece are included. The low end register is very full while upper easily reachable. The sound is very rich with great projection as typical older horns.

Vintage King sousaphone bb by.n. One particular attribute that stand out is the fast action on valves as they are not heavy or wide found some Conn horns. White model 1250 predecessor to the current 2350. Minor modifications to this horn include a soldered on tab inside the bell clip wireless mic-can easily be removed if not wanted.
