The 44h Connqueror has the distinctive slanted braces and is made of yellow brass nickel plate. The horn comes with an original used vocabell Conn case and a 3 mouthpiece. The slide action is very good. The rimless bell of the vocabell is engraved with usual art decor style.

The serial # is 383x. Our horns may be buffed, but all are hand polished to a good shine and in playable condition. This is the famous 'vocabell' a great lead jazz horn with tons of power. There are various dings and scratching throughout with very minor wear at the grips.

A bright player, slots beautifully with good intonation and the smooth response is right there when needed. All major dents are removed, joints re-soldered if needed, patches repaired necessary and the slides reworked. The stockings have very low wear, nice and there is excellent compression. The slide bore is .485/.485, with 7 bell flare.

The one wear through area at the lower inner tube has no affect on slide action.
