It comes with the original hard shell case, mouthpiece, and some cleaning brushes that are all pictured. It has some dents, dings and scratches from normal use by a student, but it still plays sounds great.

Please see pictures to judge its condition for yourself. It was purchased new and played for about 7 years during late elementary to high school middle before being serviced stored the last few.
