Yamaha 38d4 alto horn mouthpiece, new in box. There was a postal service mix up and I ended up with two of the same thing. 18.9mm cup diameter, medium-deep cup, 5.25mm bore, 10mm shank. The box is unopened but these photos were taken of a different one the same model, so that I didn have to open this.
