Details:

As seen in the video provided of myself playing, this horn produces a quality, dark, and characteristic sound. Unfortunately, it did not have a case even when I originally got in 2020. The valves and slides are in good working order. Tuning is fairly good, though tends to lean a bit flat.

It takes a bit of strength to play louder dynamics, and the horn is heavy, which why I would not recommend this beginner or very young players. Please feel free to message me with any questions. However, it has served me very well the past 6 years, getting through my music performance undergrad, and one year of masters in. The screws for the detachable bell are accounted and work well.

As my career has taken more of a jazz and orchestra direction, I no longer require this tuba. As seen in the photos, it has some dents and areas where lacquer had scraped off. So there is also no case, currently. My personal King 1241 bb concert tuba.
